With 76 million inhabitants, Hebei is the sixth most densely populated province in China. On an industrial level, steel production is the largest activity there, in which our customer Ocloud Building Materials also operates. As the nature of these activities has a negative impact on the environment, Ocloud Building Materials actively sought a way to compensate for this. In EnergyVision, the company found the perfect partner, enabling them to move one step closer to CO2-neutral production based on solar energy.

To be able to reduce our emissions and thus have a more positive impact on the environment, we realised that renewable energy was the way to go. Particularly solar energy seemed like a good option for us, as we have quite some space on the roofs of our company buildings for a nice installation.
