We streven naar klantvriendelijke communicatie en zorgen ervoor dat marketing en verkoop eerlijk en begrijpelijk verlopen, zonder verborgen agenda’s of onverwachte kosten.

Vragen en klachtenbehandeling

Bij EnergyVision kun je je vraag of klacht indienen op de manier die voor jou het beste werkt. We bevestigen mondelinge afspraken altijd schriftelijk en zorgen ervoor dat we binnen vijf werkdagen (of tien werkdagen bij factuurgeschillen) reageren.
