At EnergyVision, we guarantee you the lowest rate for fast and regular charging in Belgium. We can promise you this because we compare all charging tariffs on a daily basis. Did you charge somewhere else at a lower rate? We will refund you the difference.

Terms and conditions

✔ EnergyVision customer

You are an EnergyVision customer and you charge with an EnergyVision charging card.

✔ Public charging station

You saw a cheaper rate at a public charge point. Private and semi-public charge points are not eligible. Cheaper rates resulting from promotions (e.g. cashback, price reduction or charging while shopping) are not eligible either.

✔ The same day

The cheaper rate you saw must apply to the same day. Incorrect rates offered by other providers are not eligible.

✔ Price per kWh

The rate is calculated based on the price per kWh. Rates per minute, sessions with a starting fee or sessions offered as part of a subscription plan cannot be used for comparison.

✔ In Belgium

The charge point where you saw a cheaper rate is located in Belgium. Foreign rates are not eligible.

✔ 7,4 kW or higher

The charge point where you saw a lower rate must have a charging capacity of 7.4 kW or higher.
