Last month, we announced all our six commitments to tackle this winter's energy crisis (see here). To achieve them, we are asking an incredible amount of our employees. That is why this weekend, during a team outing in Durbuy, we decided to bring forward wage indexation (scheduled for January 2023) for all employees, except for management and department heads. In concrete terms, this means that all employees (except for management) will see their pay increased by 10% from 1 October. Moreover, we are also providing an additional budget of EUR 400,000 to be distributed among the employees in the form of a collective profit bonus. At EnergyVision, we are firmly convinced that we will only be able to help customers to the fullest extent if all internal concerns are removed first.
