The organic artisan bakery Le BonPain has been a household name in Brussels since 1976. Using natural ingredients has been standard practice for decades, but sustainability is now also being mainstreamed throughout the bakery’s operations. Teslas as company cars, for example? Check! And, starting now, the bakery will also use green energy, produced by Brusol solar panels.
